The firm obtained a settlement of $215,000 on behalf of an injured client involved in a collision caused by a motorist who failed to adhere to a traffic signal. As a result of the incident, the firm’s client suffered a medial meniscus tear which required a knee arthroscopy, meniscectomy, and chondroplasty, as well as cervical injuries which required an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion.
